Lambda TD12s Closed Box / Bass Reflex Design

I'm going to build a pair of speakers using:
Lambda TD12S 35-350hz
PHL 1120s 350-2800hz
Morel Supreme 110 2800-20khz

Using 3d cad, my maximum box volume for the Lambdas that I can withstand is 69liters net (each).
Using that volume I have come up with a design as follows:
It will consist of 2 ports 10.2cm (4") by 21cm. With both of them opened it will have a 45hz tuning (~2dB bump). This setup would be suitable for when I have parties at my place. With one port closed, it will have a tuning of 33hz. This makes the response very flat, and seems to be more less, ideal for me, given that volume.

With both ports closed, it will act as a sealed box with a Q of .54.

Any thoughts/comments on this setup?

Thanks
Alex

No, I'm using just a single PHL 1120. If it starts to get a little edgy, I'll shift up the xover freq. I realize Phlaudio recommends a 400hz xover, but I think this is for prosound applications.

I already have all the drivers i need.

to keep SQ very very high.... I cross mine at 450hz currently.... and I have a pair per side
