Default Volt B250.9

I have a Volt B250.9 woofer and want to build a Rel Storm II subwoofer clone
I think the woofer is pretty much the same as the B250.8
is has to go in a 40 litre enclosure, with a bass reflex pipe
how long mustI make this pipe to get the best -3db point
the amp I am using is a Thommessen proteus sw1.4
this one delivers 110 w to 4 ohms an ha a bass boost at 30 hz
from 0 to +6 db
I have contacted someone who ownes a Rel Storm III and he told me that the pipe has to be 50 cm long and 7,5 cm wide

I've never heard of a 250.9, but the Volt site suggests a 60l box tuned with a 15cm long 7.5cm diameter port for the 250.8.

I think the 2 woofers are almost the same
I know about the 60 ltr advised bij Volt, but I already build the 40 ltr enclosure just like the Rel storm III
