You'll likely need to post more than that, even with the characteristic basket. How about you take a pic of the magnet side also and include any numbers you see on the driver.

I buy from an old man, he said they was offers from grundig.

It looks like a TV speaker to me. Isolated to protect the CRT from magnetism.
