sorry Beau i didnt really answer your question did i ? um i suppose you could say it would be design and build , i know it is not the ideal situation but i have drivers and am in process of building cabs now, as it stands i have found a guy in Melbourne who is willing to do above work and will even do full testing and charts of perfomance! so it seems i have got what i need, although as i have a few projects on the go at the moment i would still love to hear from you.
