Switching position of crossover inductors.

Suppose that we have a third order crossover for a woofer consisting of
L1=0,68mH C=11,4uF L2=0,4mH. If we place the smaller inductor (L2=0,4mH)
at the input (in place of the standard position for L1=0,68mH), what do
you see in phase transfer graph or SPL graph or even the waterfall?
What change does it make compared to the standard? Less steeper roll-off
may be?
