I'm looking for a very high quality 7" driver to use in a sealed .5 cube box with a ribbon tweeter. This will replace a revelator which really was made for a vented design I think. It was an experiment. I finally got tired of phase issues with the sub and I want to run these boxes with no sub but I'd be happy with an f3 at 50 hz. I could port the boxes but that won't help much as they are too small and I like the sound of sealed.
There does not seem to be too much out there that fits this description. The crossover is a simple second order butterworth two way. I can model with Bass box pro but I' looking for a starting place. Thanks for your help in advance. |
