I just got a Leap crossover design done and Im having trouble with some of the values of components. I was wondering if everyone could make some recommendations. First is the resistors which were 25w rated. The only 25w rated resistors i can find are the cheap sand cast type. Is there a better option than these? The other concern I have is over 2 caps one in the mid circuit which is 120uF and one in the woofer circuit which is 250uF. What is the best option for these? I see Solen sells High values but Id rather not spend $200 bucks just for caps. So what is the best option for these? Obviously Im looking for the highest quality without going overboard on price. Thanks in advance!
