I`m looking for opinions of Waynes Veritas 3ways. I have finally bought a new house and have managed to snag a room for myself to set up as a music room. The room is large [ 28/17 ] and will be used for music and movies. I like to listen to classical/ jazz and would like something that doesn`t get congested with large symphonic pieces and has a sweet treble for the violin .
I like the idea of sealed bass drivers but i`m a little worried about the 10" Daytons sound quality. Steve. |

I think you can do better than this. The design is a little dated and newer drivers have come out that most likely outperform these at similar or lower cost, especially since this is an "everything at Parts Express" project. Most people on this forum seem to frown on dome midranges, probably with good reason, I don't know how you feel about these. The design itself is undoubtedly solid as Wayne J knows his stuff. How attached are you to this design?
