Altec 416A + JBL 077

Hello

Altec 416a = 35 to 1400 Hz and JBL 077 = 1400 Hz to 20 KHz!
The 077 equipped with a special horn… so what you think from the crossover Altec 1400 Hz and JBL.
The picture from the tweeter JBL 077 modified!!!
Exist there another woofer with better linearity than Altec?

I search also all the technical doc/info from the Altec 416 A

Hi Pierre,

That looks to be a very nice horn. It looks like it may have some commonalities with the JBL 076 ("Cat Eye") horn tweeter. Take a look at this thread from the Lansing Heratage forum. It is a very complete discussion of the entire JBL "ringed radiator" family.
