Default jordan jx 125 - suitable replacement?

Hi guys.
Today was not a great day cause I broke a jordan jx125.
It was used in a 2 way floorstander (35 liters)together with a Aurum Cantus g2 SI .
Now I would like to have a suggestion on what could be similar to the Jordan as a replacement. for sure I'm considering heavy modifications on the Xover.
I'd like very much to have ..slip in replacement in terms of mechanical dimension.
Any ideas?

Thanks and bye

Paolo

Greets!

Specs wise, a drop in replacement, and with more Xmax it will be more dynamic. The trade-off is you will have to make the hole bigger: http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/pshow...number=297-446

Default thanks!

Thanks for the advise, but unfortunately the diameter is some half an inch larger than my baffle!
I' starting to hope that ted jordan has some 125 resting somewhere in his house.

Ciao

Pity, several folks who have both these drivers say they are sonically drop in replacements. Anyway, can't you get yours repaired?

Default what about JX150 replacement

Hey GM, do you know of any "drop in replacement" for the Jordan JX150 (this one has that unique spring type suspension)? Thanks.

Wonder how one can break speakers?
I wonder if anyone has looked into rbh drivers? I somehow recall one that plugs into the same hole, but the face plate seems a little wider, aluminum cone, 85db/1W.
