Need help in desigining crossover inductors

Hi,

I am from india. In the local markets I have seen many inductor cores(toroids) without any company names or anything. I would like to know were i can get some inductor cores with some specs in india or are there any standard companies? I am in the process of construction of a 3-way speaker system.

Toroids are not used in speaker crossovers. They are for transformers.

They make custom air-core inductors for diy crossover purposes and also stock audiophile grade xover (& other) stuff.
And if you wanna wind them yourself read this article...

Intertecknik make toroidal inductors; nice low DCR.
try searching for 'torobar'.

You may wind air core inductors try to find on the net a site about " brooks coil " it is quite simple to figure out
