Driver for TL Cabinet

Can anyone suggest driver that work for TL cabinet ?
and Drivers with high Qts (over 0.40) are favorable right?
how about QMS and QES

I'm happy with the Fostex FE207E... If you like full-range that is. And I don't think I'm alone either...

if i want 3 way speaker any comment on 6.5"-7"mid-range and 8"-10" Woffer
