First step, go find a big midrange (>6") and woofer (>=12") with a Qts .5 and above that you like.

Yesterday I receive the NeoPro5i after 3 month - and Denmark should be a speakerland...
Ok What size of cap. do have before the NeoPro ?

This is an old thread but Im searching for Neopro5i passive crossovers... the PR170MO is similar to my driver.

I wonder if the OP ever finished designing passive crossovers?

I shelved the project finding it too overwhelming at the time but have recently picked it back up basing it on a more traditional rectangular baffle.

I did some crossover modeling a few weeks ago but haven't yet ordered parts. I just spent the last couple of weeks putting together new test baffles.

This one was an attempt to deal with the 10k bump with an active filter which isn't working out as nicely:
