How do you know what Ql (Q due to box losses?) to use when calculating a box. I have a vented box.
Sorry for the rookie question here, but I just can't seem to find a good calculation for it. |

According to Richard Small, or Thiele-Small fame, 10 will be good. 10 will be good for Qa and Qp, too, if it comes up.

Rich Read, (richie00boy) has made the entire collection of Thiele-Small papers downloadable for free at his site:
http://www.readresearch.co.uk/HTML/papers.htm You might find Small's paper a little easier to read than Thiele's on vented boxes. I did. Not that there is anything wrong with asking here, anyway.
