I am impressed... I LOVE THEM!!!

tiny (10 litre) sealed boxes.. with two 6.5inch peerless woofers(one rear firing) and a Seas tweeter... and I don't even have a proper crossover!!! (and probably won't add one either )

YAY!!! I LOVE YOU GUYS!!! ***HUGS AND KISSES*** (I just typed "kisses" with a "C"... hmm) <end bracket

Default WOW!......

WOW!!!!........TWO 6.5'S.

I'm a completely unbiased independent audio expert and I would have to say they must be as good as 12's or 15's. Please keep us in the dark about your cunning folds, membraines and other exotic stuff that reside inside your enclosures, but don't forget to chrarge exorbitant prices to any member of the public who wants a copy of them. Whilst also remembering not to tell absolutely anyone absolutely anything about them.

Does sarcasm make you feel better?

This doesn't have something to do with snail shells does it?

The guy who did the snail shells is a flake. I watched the 'Gately' video and almost ****ed myself with laughter when the guy said there's all sorts of things going on in the box.

A simple transmission line loading geared to high SPL and tuned to around 30hz by any chance? In car gain makes it seem more than it actually is! I also notice that he has to have the boot closed when trying to impress since the design relies on cabin gain.

Nothing at all special and I scratch my head why the car audio scene doesn't just see it for what it is - a simple TL. Hell I had 4" Visaton Ti100's pulling great bass in my room from a TL, so in car they would certainly be far louder.

umm.... they're sealed boxes..... lol

and I made them with offcuts from a coversheet that I made the horn out of... so the cost of the MDF was something like 15cents I really just didn't like having drivers and doing nothing with them... I could have done ported with a single woofer, but then I would have been down 6dB in efficiency..

I would say no... not dipoles.... dipoles, the woofers would be connected out of phase, correct? so when the front one move out, the rear one moves in... right?

if thats the case, then no, they are sealed boxes with the woofers connected in phase, so both move out at the same time... I had them wired the other way, and it sucked... lol no power handeling, and no bass....
