if i want to change tweeter on the ariel from
old Scan D2905/9500 to Vifa XT25TG30-04 , ribbon tweeter or other tweeter ? is it work ? thanx for your answer |

Look out, Ariel is a very polished design and changing a driver will not be easy.

Just noticed your post.
I have ME2's in a 5 channel system. I've used the Vifa XT25 as a replacement for the Scanspeak D29, but it required a complete redesign of the crossover, with a third-order butterworth parallel circuit. Response is nice and flat, with exceptional resolution. I'd be happy to share the details if interested. -chas |
