Specifications/Feedback requested FTT75 Ribbon Tweeter with Audio Technology bass/mid

Anyone who can help in on specs of the FTT75 ribbon tweeter ?

This tweeter is used in new Danish high end speaker Eben

I would like to see graphs and hear feedback from people who have been listening to these speakers

The Bass/Mid section is from Audio Technology

When the response curve is ploted in a 80dB diagram it is not easy to see the peaks and dips in the curve, but the tilt in the response is relatively obvious and is as much as 3 or maybe 4 dB. It also rolls of from above 3 kHz. Have you testet it?

No I have not tested this one
I was wondering about sound quality in relation to Thiel C12/23 or Dynaudio (my current system)

I would like to have a feel for for the sound nature and off axis performance before I want to try

They are 300 euro per pair BTW

My consideration for a new system is

C12/23 + C44 + high qual woofer (24 W100 or any other, Audio Technology has my preference)
D330 Esotar + C44 + high qual woofer
High qual ribbon (FTT/Aurum Cantus, Raven...) + C44 + high qual woofer

Hi,

FTT75 ribbon tweeter is my question also. I never try it's tweeter.
In this day I wait for the new details about the new line Magnetostatic from Mundorf any look very good. I think the price is around 450 - 480 Euro/pair for the MagS 0.5, but the DC Impedance have 3.2 ohm!


If you think for Dome tweeter, try Morel supreme 110, similar quality to Dynaudio Esotar but in lower cost.


If you will buy the FTT75 tweeter and try it, please let us know :-)
