Several years ago I built an ACI kit called the Alpha Limited, building my own cabinets, etc., and using a parts kit from ACI (speaker consists of 2 AC10's, 2 AC5's and one Vifa D25T tweeter per channel with separate mid/high and bass crossovers to prevent magnetic interaction and to allow bi-wiring). I'm wondering if anyone else has built this kit and if they have any ideas for how to tweak or upgrade it (I have already replaced all caps in the crossovers, done cascade bypassing on the caps using Northcreek Zen caps, and replaced the inductor coils with Northcreek coils). In particular, I am curious if anyone could recommend a tweeter to replace the one the kit came with (a Vifa D25T horn-loaded dome), since this seems to be one of the cheapest parts of the kit.
