Question Crossover/Power Handling

I have a Bohlender Graebener Neo 3 ribbon tweeter which I intend to use for 5000Hz - 20000Hz in a two way speaker. Ideally I would like to use a 1st order crossover at around 5000Hz, but the power handling of these ribbons is just 10W - 20W.

The question is will i be able to use a 1st Order crossover at 5000Hz without frying them?

How can I work out if this is possible?
