speaker protection velleman k4700

i was thinking of a simple protection board when i found the velleman k4700 2-CHANNEL LOUDSPEAKER PROTECTION.. is there anyone that uses this..

is it going to be lower audio quaility if i use it??

Hi, I use this in my VBIGC. I didn't notice any loss of sound quality after I installed it. It has been there for a year now and has kicked in once or twice for various reasons. Haven't they stopped making that particular kit?

You can just about see it in this pic. It is quite compact and fits neatly on a side wall of the amp:

i dont now if they have stoped making that kit... evere place i have looked they have the kit on the homepage.. but if i dont find anything else i would buy that
