adire acd1 replacement ht10
Hello.
After enjoying the ht10.1 I managed to blow the tweeters. Im interested in playing loud. Now im looking around for screw on compression drivers with better power handeling.The acd1 plays at 98db,and is atennuated with a 2.4ohm resistior to match the eminence beta 10cx. Does anyone have any idea of a suitable compdriver that will take more abuse and can be taken down to match the beta 10? Also input on values of such a resistor would be greatly appriciated. I would prefer to not have to totally ruin the crossover rather change just the resistor? Sure I could just get some new acd1s but I think I would blow thoose too....
