I've posted the top mounting tweeter thread a while ago.
tube tweeter enclosures? Thanks for your comments, I've found MDT38,41,43 and TN28 on madisound homepage. http://www.swanspeaker.com/product/htm/view.asp?id=23 http://www.morelusa.com/tweeters/mdt-38.htm http://www.morelusa.com/tweeters/mdt-41.htm http://www.morelusa.com/tweeters/mdt-43.htm there's big $$$ difference tho. the tn28 freq response graph looks better. so, my question is, how's tn28? is the unit can present high ranges as good as seas 27tb,27td tweets, liquid&detailed? also, I've noticed morels using hexatech cores. is there big gap between mdt41,38 and tn28? for the price, i'd really like to go for tn28s, $26 pair!!! Thanks in advance. |

Sorry if this is off-topic, but- does anybody have the facts regarding the relationship of the following?
http://www.morel.co.il/ and http://www.morelusa.com/ This is confusing. |

Have you seen the Swans design with TN28? I suspect the measurements are too good to be true, but it certainly looks nice, doesn't it?

If you donīt have a Visaton distributor nearby this is probably not your best option but still a very nice tweeter. As you can see in the picture you can screw-mount it and people have even mounted in front of a 6.5" as a pseudo-coax. http://www.visaton.de/vb/showthread.php?threadid=8317
