Help! I have a pair of pinnacle 850's that have been working great, until recently. My dog knocked it off the stand and one of the woofers won't work now. If I replace it with the other, the wiring works fine. I've inspected the bad one and looks fine, no disconected wires, or tears. but it acts like its not getting juice. Any ideas on how to fix? Any help would be appreciated.

Only suggestion I have is to check that the wires from the terminals to the voice coil are still intact.
Actually get a DMM (in ohms mode), put it across the terminals and make sure you don't have an open circuit. If you do look at the above Tony. |
