Sound stage reproduction methods

Hi!

I am interested of realistic sound stage reproduction.
I saw (and unfortunately not listened yet ) the Intertechnik Odin laudspeaker. They says that with theirs special front plate design the sound stage reproduction (listening position 2.5-3m) will be very realistic, deep and lifelike.

"...Die zwei geneigten Frontwände ergeben in 2.5-3m Entfernung ein absolut identisches Akustikzentrum mit dem Hochtöner. Dadurch wird eine Raumabbildung geschaffen, die Sänger direkt vor den Augen stehen läßt und andere Quellen bis tief hinter die Lautsprecherbox staffelt...."

Has somebody any experience with this or with another kind of method?

It seems like they are refering to the fact that they have "time-aligned" the drivers by making a curved front baffle. I believe this would have a positive effect on realistic soundstage reproduction. This is a pretty common technique.
