Anyone used PHL 1310 in 3 way design

I was hoping to use a PHL 1310 in a 3 way active system with maybe a Hiquphon OWI and two 10 inch woofers for bass. XO frequencies would be at around 2-4kHz and 150-300 Hz both 24db/oct. I have been hearing good things about the PHL 1120 but the 1310 can play a little lower and is cheaper.

Has anyone heard this driver before?

What should I use for bass 40-250hz? Many ppl have recommended some Lambda drivers but I dont think Lambda acoustics exists anymore. Id prefer quality midbass over deep extention. 10 inch drivers are preferred but I might go up to 12 inch. I need at least 7mm of excursion so I think most Pro audio speakers wouldn't work.

Do you guys recommend any other tweeters? I will not be using a ribbon as I need better vertical offaxis performance.

How much are you willing to pay?

For the tweeter, Ill pay up to $125USD each.

For a pair of 10 inch drivers, up to $250.

Lambda drivers are now available through Acoustic Elegance/Stryke.

Any recommendations for tweeters? Ive seen alot of ppl have used raven tweeters with PHL drivers. Is the vertical dispersion really that bad in those tweeters?
