I placed an order I believe on December 7th, and still have not recieved anything. Supposedly I have been sent two packages, neither of which have shown up.
My credit card was charged immediately. Every time I call though to inquire as to my shipment, I get some excuse. Has anyone ever recieved anything from this place (I've been reading around and know at least a few people were having troubles)? Should I seek a refund? Reece |

If you're not dead set on getting the item, tell your CC company that you want your money back.

Probably not, but call them and ask.

No it's not too late. It's called a vendor dispute. The bussiness that charged your card will probably shape up quick. If they get unresolved disputes the credit card company charges them higher fees in the future.
