Question Driver parameters measurement

Is it possible to measure Qms and Qes values with different method than which one has been descripted here:
http://www.mhsoft.nl/messen_en.asp

There is also available free softwares which does parameters measurement/calculating automaticly as Speaker Workshop, but it seems give quite different values than measuring method which descripted in link above.
