Can anybody guide me where can i get DB Meter Circuit to build on my own.

Can you fill in a few details? Are you looking at voltages, at sound pressure, or what?

About DB Meter
A Mighty Mike or Behringer test microphone with a soundcard will do perfectly. Speaker Workshop is a software package that has all the measurement capability you'd want built into it.
