Default 8 ohm Eros?

I've got a few (6) Vifa PL18WO17-04 drivers laying around (partexpress blowout) And couldn't help but notice they're nearly the same as the 8 ohm drivers specified for the Eros. I would couple it to the very same Scan Speak 2905/9500 tweeter.

I know Wayne did a lot of work figureing out that crossover, and I'm a little lost in that respect. His crossover design isn't a normal one, so it isn't possible to reverse engineer it, and change the crossover values (or is it?) Any thoughts on a crossover schematic? Advice on points, slopes, and schematics would be greatly appreciated

well, if anyone ever helps me out I'd like to make 4 into a pair of front speakers, and the other 2 into a center channel.

Come on people, I know somebody has to have some input. You were all in my position once...

Default eros 4 ohm

I built the eros cabinet with p/express vifa buyout: 2 4ohms wired in parallel. Wire two drivers in parallel instead of one in the schematic, attached. Final impedance is close to 4 ohms.Easy to drive but you need an amp that will drive 4 ohms. Leave a seperate compartment for xo at the bottom and make sure cables are long enough so you can tweak the xo for final response.Trust your ears.Built xo on a board, particle board etc
L2 1mH
L1 0.15 mH
R1 around 5 ohm, tweak this for your tweeter may be less if your tweeter's sensitivity is less than xt, but don't go too low(3-4 ohm)
C1:27 uf(tweak up or down first until the image of drivers blend.
C3:7uf(adjust up or down a little to suit your taste)
I didn't need the rc shunt across the woofers. It sounded the same so I did away with it.
Adjust one at a time. First R1 to tame your tweeter.
Then C1 and C2, the inductors are fine. Buy low dcr ones.
Then start listenning for a long time(weeks, months!) for final minor adjustments

I kind of want it to be an 8 ohm speaker. I've got a start on a crossover design, but it needs some proofreading.

The Scan speak 2905/9500 is 8 ohms with a sensativity of 90db
A pair of 4 ohm PL18's in series is 8 ohms with a sensativity of 90db (add 3db for two drivers, correct?)

Since the sensativity of the mids and the tweet are the same, it will make things a lot easier. Here's what I have so far:

now, I will still need a Zoble on the mids, but I wasn't sure how to calculate a Zoble circuit for two mids. It seems the Pl18s have a L1 of .61 mh, so if you double that and plug it into the formula, it looks like I'll need a capacitor of 19.0 uF
