Hi, i have a pair of identical soft dome tweeters. But the sticker on them is different, one is labeled Celef Audio ltd u.k, made by scan speak, while the other have a nice made SCAN SPEAK sticker with all the numbers one could expect, serial code, date,...
Both sounds ok, but i have figured something quite unusual: after hours of listening and big wonders, found out that the polarity is reversed on one or the other. Polarity is labeled with a simple red dot sticker. wtf??? Do theses tweeters worth something? I do have old Castle Clyde book shelf speakers that i want to replace the tweeters in them...i could use those.
