The 3-way active design shown here
is adaptable to different drivers so may suit your needs.

With respect, I don't think that anybody can recommend particular drivers/speakers for somebody else! Taste and musical preferences are such different things to different people.

If you want to be 100% sure that you will like what you get, there are two options:

1)Buy a commercial design that you have been able to audition.

2) Buy a kit speaker, again one that you have been able to audition.

The 3-way design that I pointed you to is tried and tested and sounds very good. People can recommend you countless other designs but cannot guarantee that you will like what you hear! That would make this game too easy!

Well, as has been asked before, one good place to start is: do you plan to use active, (requiring separate amplifier for each driver), or passive crossovers?

What do you think about combination vifa XT18WO09-08 and dynaudio md100 tweeter. Is it ok to use car drivers in home speakers or it is some scan spak tweeter better choise.

thanks for opinon
