Question What is "bundling" ?

This may be just a language issue, but I want to make sure I'm not missing something.

On a few European sites, I've seen the term "bundling". To me, bundling means packaging multiple items together. For example a PC is bundled with software, a bundle of pipes, etc. In other words, bundling always adds something.

On the Euro sites, the term "bundling" is used (in discussing large ESL panels for example) in much the way I understand "beaming" of drivers relatively large for the frequency they are reproducing...reduced HF off-axis response.

Are bundling and beaming the same thing? If not, what is bundling?

I don't know what bundling is, but having 3 sons who have now passed through their teenage years, I can guess that it has something to do with high-end interconnects.
