Default Ciare PW 455

Hi all the speakers specialists!

After looking on the web for a bass driver, I found this : http://www.teleprodottistore.it/shop/ciare/pw455.pdf .

I would like to use it with a BMS compression driver, and cross them at around 280 Hz.

Because of the impedance of the PW455, I'm thinking about using 2 of them in serie per channel.

What do you think of it?

- Are these good quality drivers?
- Is my crossover frequency correct for such components?

Thank you very much for your help!

Regards.

Ruben.

Take a look at http://www.ciare.it.
In the projects section you can find some their implementation of the Professional series loudspeakerof witch the PW455, is.
The quality is very good and prices affordable (I have a three way loudspeaker made with Ciare's speakers).
Ciao.
