*NEW*: Vifa International

When tiny home-theatre-in-a-box systems with their 3" 'full-range' speakers and 6" 'subwoofers' are all the rage, (to fit into smaller homes and match plasma screen) I'm sure glad of this new development.

Not quite DIY, but for friends or people who are hesitant on this sort of thing, I'd like to recommend these systems. Dynaudio and Focal/JM Lab systems are great, but rather expensive...

Does anyone have any ideas on pricing?

I notice that some of the drivers in these Vifa systems aren't Vifa DIY drivers, and they look more exotic, too. Mainly for the aesthetics, I suppose.

Just received news that the Australian distributor for Vifa International speakers is Whatmough Speakers

No work on pricing but ETA is "beginning of next year"

Let's hope that Vifa and DST will continue to supply to DIYers, instead of heading the way of Focal, Dynaudio, Audax...
