The last I knew RCF was a division of EAW which is a division of Mackie. Or was it the other way around?

RCF was a very good speaker manufacturer in Europe .

In our country, RCF is a legend and 95% of pro sound guys consider RCF the best speaker manufacturer from all world ( ever ) .

In Romania , Mackie brand it sell only becouse is equiped with RCF speaker and if Mackie will use in the future any other speaker brand ( maybe Celestion oe JBL will have some small chanses ) i think that they will have a big problem .

I know what is going on in our country ( and eastern -europe ) becouse I sell speakers and loudspeakers on this market .

RCF USED to be part of Loud Technolgies (along with Mackie & EAW) but was sold off back in January. The company is now RCF Spa and a little info can be seen here http://mixonline.com/news/audio_rcf_spa_reborn/

The website address for RCF is http://www.rcf.it/

Not sure if raw drivers are actually available yet, but lets hope so... (Mackie stuffed the whole thing when they originally took over RCF)

Cheers
Graeme
