To support the growing number of crossover simulation-tool users I have done a series of measurements that might be useful for you.
The idea was to build a cabinet that should be close to what is being used in a normal 2-way application and supply data that could be used in a crossover simulation program. This box is built to fit our 18cm woofer chassis, and the tweeter baffle is removable - to be able to use different tweeters. All woofers and tweeters are measured flush mounted. The data is available in .txt files with tabulator separated data coloumns. Please note that there will be differences to the measurements found in our datasheets. The main reason for this is the different boundry conditions. In the datasheets the tweeters are measured in a baffle and placed off-center to smooth out the baffle-edge diffraction. In the box measurements this diffraction is affecting the measurements quite a bit.
