I own a pair of Legacy Signature III's right now and am very happy with them. I also like to build things and want to construct my own speakers. My first project was a subwoofer that turned out really nice. It used the SAE 1203 sub from http://www.apexjr.com/speakerstuff.html and the Apex Sr. Amp. Now I would like to build main speakers that have good low bass extention as well as natural midrange and treble. I would like to build a 3 or 4 way tower with a max height of 48" or less. Not more then 3 to 3.5 ft3 total volume. I have around $1000 dollars to spend. I have looked at many plans including the Aria 7 Monster and a few more and have not found what I am looking. Anyone with a good idea?
Thx in advance
