I would contact the distributor. I've done it before for my P4's to get replacement diaphragms. I can't remember their name but they were the distributor for Rotel as well.

You could also try

www.falconacoustics.co.uk

and

www.wilmslowaudio.co.uk

both UK-based DIY speaker companies who will offer replacements or alternatives. The Falcon people work with industry so may be better placed to advise.

Go straight to B&W. I needed a new faceplate/coil assembly for the tweeter in a DM602 and I was easily able to buy it from them on a credit card, at a very good price.

I've replaced the tweeter diaphrams on both my 602.5's and my lcr60 center (kids...don't ya just luv em !!).

I got them direct from B&W at a reasonable price.

Try contacting them

B&W will send out a complete replacement unit. They sent me a brand new unit for my cdm1 nt when a little person knocked it off its stand

hum, maybe this is what you were wanting to hear...

"sorry, there is no chance of getting a replacement"

now, here is reality... they are the ONLY ones that will be able to replace it for you. if they cant, you are SOL. b&w makes all their own drivers, so you have to go to the source.
