Now why would you say that? his speakers are some of the best i have ever heard at any price! Definitly the cleanest bass! Easily beating the sound from the $70K JM Labs grand Utopia's.

I have the Revelation 3's and love them. they only speakers i have ever heard that come even close are the Avalon's! (at 18K a pair).

I sincerly hope is his secretly building away and will re emerge on the scene with some killer new stuff!

If anyone know's where Paul Hales is. please contact me.

I do believe I have found him!!!

Seems L. Paul Hales has gone to:

http://www.professionalhomecinema.com/

Which confirms what i was told by a QSC employee at a trade show. Paul Hales left to Quote: "Go build home theater speakers for people with more money then god!"

The products look very promising! I know the private demo i managed to get into at a trade show a great many years ago was simply amazing! At that time Paul was still with QSC and was showing off some prototype 2x12 PA type speakers in a MTM arraignment and they were stunning! and i HATE pa speakers! having been a systems design eng for 10+ years now, I have hear everything from sun up to sun down and it all sounds crap to me! but the proto's Paul/QSC had set up IMAGED! i damn near stood up in my seat!

SO, if that, which was 10 years ago is any indication of what PHC has to offer! then there is a new sheriffs in town thats for sure!

Hmmmmm.

I don't know that Mr. Hales will appreciate a zillion phone calls about his former products however. QSC was supposed to support them as part of there deal. But that never happened.
