Has anyone built Salk's HTS speakers or heard them?
I'm looking for a speaker design for a new HT. I currently have Krix HT speakers and a pair of Maggie 1.6's. I want to move to all of the speakers being the same, direct radiating and sealed. The room is about 600 sq ft.
The Krix sound good in a small room. The Maggie's are great for music in a live room. My room is going to be on the dead side. I really like the sound of M&K 150's. What does everyone think about the ribbon tweeters in the Salk design? Any suggestions on speakers? |
