Hi.
I'm just curious when measuring a rooms lowest acceptable frequency, do you measure it by: Speed Of Sound divided by Frequency divided by Half Wave? OR Speed Of Sound divided by Frequency divided by Quarterwave? OR Some other method? Thanks.

There is no such thing as a room's 'lowest acceptable frequency', though there are of course resonant modes that will affect response in both a positive and negative fashion. If what you're referring to is the frequency below which cabin gain exists that would be at about a half-wavelength, which is speed of sound divided by longest dimension/2.
