I am using a Seas CA21REX and a fountek JP-3.0 ribbon tweeter, ive heard that you must take care in designing a crossover for the fountek so as not to fry it. I have also heard a lot about the two drivers being in phase at the crossover point being important. Can anyone help with a crossover design or give any suggestions on how to design the right crossover.
Oh yea, any ideas on box volume and port size for the seas?

The ribbon appears more suited to a three way. It really wants to be crossed over at ~4kHz+, and sharply. The woofer probably wants <2500Hz, for an 8"er.
