Default Need opinions on ACI Jaguar DIY speaker kit

I am looking to upgrade from a set of Infinity Overture One Bookshelves as my main speakers in a HT setup to some nice speakers. For the sake of finances am entertaining the thought of building my own from a DIY kit. I've looked at different sites and the Audio Concepts, Inc. Jaguar kit caught my eye. At $769.00 per pair minus cabinets it sounds like a great deal. Could a beginner somewhat savvy with woodworking tools make a set of cabinets like these and are these speakers as good as ACI says they are? Thanx for any input you might give me.
