I usually find "improvements" in most designs I look at and am available for consultations if any companies are interested. For example, I simulated the SEAS Thor design and believe there is an error in the XO as several others seem to also note some slight peaking in the 2 to 5 kHz band that did not show up in the original prototype, I'm PB in this thread:
http://www.madisound.com/cgi-bin/dis...gi?read=314791 I wonder if Madisound or SEAS is going to comment? I have a lot of respect for Joe D's work just wondering what's up with this minor point. I understand that he targets a flat response. I prefer a slightly different optimization. |
