John doesnt like people to email him and ask him these questions, so i brought it here. Can i replace the AP100Z0 with the AP130Z0 in his design without problems?

Ok, many of us in the UK have the AP100 in ongoing projects, and some also bought the AP130.
The drivers are not directly interchangeable, due to box volume issues, but if you search under the driver names there may be some suggestions that will help. I lost track of those threads a while ago as I was busy with work, but there may be some useful ideas there.

I wouldn't replace the AP100 with the AP130. The AP100 just looks like a better driver, and John's x-over was designed for the AP100. Also, look at the waterfall plot of the AP130. It seems to have a pretty nasty resonance around 3k. This could cause some nastiness around the x-over frequencies and cause some extra sibilence.
Parts Express still has the AP100 in stock if you still need to get some. Cheers, Zach
