I only have the following parameters for the subwoofer
frequency range - 20Hz - 700Hz
impedance 8-ohm
max power 750W
spl - 89dB
Fs - 25Hz
It is a 12" subwoofer made by audio X (one of those cheap brands)
Which enclosure volume will be best for this subwoofer?

For home, try it in a 1.5 - 2.5 ft3 sealed box.
For auto, these cheapie subs generally work pretty well in a 1 - 1.5 ft3 sealed box.
If this is an auto sub, it will probably not sound very good in your house due to a high Qts (which is unknown of course). I would not go ported since you have no way of optimizing it, and definately not bandpass for the same reason (and bandpass is a huge compromise with any sub).
Good luck.
