Default Need a source for copper spikes...

I would like to find spikes made from copper to match the phase plugs in my Excel drivers. Anyone have any leeds?

I could be wrong but I don't think you will find copper spikes. Copper, it would seem to me, is much too soft a metal for spikes. I think that Brass is about the closest you will find. Good luck with your hunt. You could always buy some copper blocks and have a machine shop turn the spikes for you.

Break into the SEAS warehouse in Norway and unscrew the phase plugs off their woofers.

why not buy ordinary spikes and just paint them to look like copper?

Buy some copper rod at a metal supermarket and get some highschool students to machine the spikes for you.
