Default problems with madisound orders lately?

Has anybody had problems with their orders at madisound lately? I've ordered parts 2 weeks ago and just got them today. Boy was my order messed up.

Instead of getting a 1.5 mh sledgehammer steel laminate core inductor, they sent me a solen air core inductor (I can pick these up for alot cheaper right around the corner)

And instead of 2 * 1.0 uF capacitor, they sent me 2 * 0.1 uF ones

And last but not least, they didn't include my 0.3 mh inductor, but they didn't forget to bill them...

So is it just me? Was my order processed on a Friday at 4h45pm?

I kinda neglected to mention though that they re-sent me all the right parts the same day I called to tell them there was an error with the order. Also, they shipped everything Fedex free of charge (shipping AND parts) and told me to keep the badly sent parts. That was actually very nice of them, and I appreciate it ALOT (yay, I won't have to wait 2 weeks before I get everything to finish my project!)

I have never had a problem with Madisound. They have always been very helpful and quick in shipping me anything I may need. The company that I have had problems with is Parts Express. I have had several shipments where the components were just thrown in the box with no packing material. As a result, every single driver in the order was damaged and had to be returned for replacement. They were, however, very helpful in getting me the damaged parts replaced. Just me 2 cents.

Cheers,
Zach

Likewise...

No problems with Madisound (other than they dont carry Focal drivers).
and no problems with PartsExpress orders either.

Sounds like it was just you... someone in the packing department had a bad day or generic brain fade.

Default No problem with Madisound here.

I've never had a problem with Madisound's handling of the orders I have placed with them. I also want to commend them on their good record of almost always having advertised components in stock.

I just had them re-do some Fountek's a few weeks ago (I know, I crossed them too low) and picked up some caps while I had the tweeters coming back. I didn't have a lick of trouble with them. Fast, friendly and professional.

Is this the first time you had problems with Madisound? If so, I don't understand how this warrants to be labeled as a problem. Surely errors do happen in other areas of your life. Besides they rectified the problem very quickly.
Relax.

Oh, you got me wrong here. I'm not ****ed or anything, just pretty surprised. This was actually my first order at madisound. I think they handled the problem VERY diligently. Brian (madisound guy I dealt with) was REALLY REALLY nice, I will definately re-order from them. But he told me they had a new guy packing orders, and it sounded like there where alot of orders that had been messed up. So I was just wondering if anybody else had had their orders gotten messed up.
