Two points. First, you're modeling in .5 (eighth) space; the response will only be valid if you have your horn firing into a room corner. If you plan on using it as drawn you need to model in half space.
You're also going to some lengths to round off your reflectors. You only need to do that for frequencies above 200 Hz or so; it isn't necessary for lower frequencies. When you model in half space you'll find your pathway will have to be much longer to get to 40 Hz, far longer than your folding scheme allows. www.billfitzmaurice.com |

It wont make much of a difference for bass but i would try to load the driver more symetricaly.
What drivers are you using on top? |
