Hello world.
As written in the subject, I'm looking for a tweeter that could match with the Scan-Speak Revelator 15W/4531G00, which I found really impressive : neutral, detailed, and quite magical ! I currently uses it with a Scan-Speak D2905/970000. Although I found this tweeter really nice, I think the 15W/4531G00 need a better one. Particularly, I found the D2905/97 too directive in the whole band and not as neutral ("crystalline", I don't know if you can say that ? As a comparison, I didn't really found this Scan-Speak tweeter better than my Focal TC 120 TD5... So, I'm looking for the partner that could be good enough for the "little" Revelator. Here is a list of tweeter that should perhaps replace the D2905/970000 : -Scan-Speak D2904/980000 with aluminium dome : seems to be less directive than the 970000, but what about its sound ? I may prefer consider a more "high end" tweeter... -Scan-Speak Revelator D2905/990000 : Revelator woofer with Revelator tweeter ? A friend of mine tell me there wasn't a lot of differences with the 970000. What do you think ? -Scan-Speak Revelator D2904/710000 or RingRadiator R2904/700000 : Wow, these might be the very best of Scan-Speak tweeters. -Morel MDT 33, Supreme 110 or 130 : seems really good and well considered ; what about any association with the Revelator woofer ? -SEAS Excel T 25 001 or T 25 CF 002 : well considered too, but I've never heard it. Any opinion ? Thanks, Vincent

Hello !
Have you try a Beyma CP21F ? I have made few years ago a MTM with two 15W and a CP21F and it's really sounds incrdible ...

Wow, I forgot this post !
This project has been abandoned (it was for a friend). The Beyma CP21F seems to be a good tweeter, harmonic distorsion is quite low. But if I had to associate a tweeter to the 15 cm Revelator I wouldn't chose it, I don't very like to mix drivers with very different sensitivity. Scan-Speak's D2904/71 or new AirCirc D3004/66 should be the good partner. Vincent
